Skiin' With The Yeti!

Ski Utah has teamed up with Bob’s Vertical Challenge to help promote the event’s 6^th anniversary taking place Tuesday, February 26^th, 2013 at Snowbasin Ski Resort in Ogden, Utah. Brandon Ott with Ski Utah is working with Northern Utah’s premier winter charity event to make this year’s Vertical Challenge their most successful ever. “We look forward to help promote the Vertical Challenge,” said Ott who is in charge of all social media responsibilities with Ski Utah.

The Ski Utah Yeti is Ski Utah’s mythical social media personality that tweets and posts messages of Facebook to its many followers. The Yeti attending this year’s Vertical Challenge is a 10’ tall inflatable character designed to be a larger-than-life representation of the powder-loving beast.

As with each of the previous five Vertical Challenges, all proceeds from the event go directly to ScoutReach, the charity arm for the Trapper Trails Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Each year ScoutReach donates time and resources to aid such groups as the YMCA, Youth Impact, and several chapters of The Boys and Girls Clubs in Utah.
