I Am Now An Acquisitions Editor...For Immortal Works Press!

If you have, or are in the process of writing either a Middle-Grade, or Young Adult novel and you're looking for someone for a publisher, let me know. I am now an Acquisitions Editor for Immortal Works Press!

I have recently come to know more about this publisher. Last month I found out they're publishing my Middle-Grade novel. This was the first time in my writing career that I worked with an Acquisitions Editor. Luckily for me, my friend--and fellow author--Holli Anderson worked with me on my story. She suggested some changes, I made the changes (mostly, because she was right...), and they picked it up.

Having never done this before, I'm sure I'll need some help as I get to know the position. But what I really need is stories! If you're reading this, and you've got a book that is looking for a publisher, please contact me! Leave a comment--I'd love to check out your story and see if it's something Immortal Works wants to release.

From their website (you can access it by clicking: HERE) Immortal Works Press is:

"a full-service small press that specializes in genre fiction for those looking for an enthralling tale, but don’t want to have to worry about graphic violence, obscene language, or pornographic content. That doesn’t mean our titles don’t have dark villains, irreverent humor, or thrilling romance. It just means that you don’t have to hide our books from your mom, wife, and bishop. Immortal Works publishes mainstream genre fiction in print, as eBooks, and every one of our titles will be available on Audible!"

Please consider Immortal Works. The goal is to do something great with the printed word, to change lives, of readers--and writers--alike.

  1. Unfortunately my YA book is full of violence, language, and pornography! I kid. One day when I actually finish the series I might let you take a peak...

  2. Hi, I am nearly done with my first novel. Not sure if it qualifies as YA, though. I would love to let you take a look at it.
