I got an e-mail yesterday from my sister-in-law. She sent me this picture. It is a beautiful shot, taken from my brother-in-law's cell phone. When she sent the e-mail she thought I'd like to add this picture to my sunset collection.
She was right.
My brother-in-law and sister-in-law moved to California three years ago. Before they moved they lived near us. Ever since I met my wife we did many things with my in-laws. We went to many Sunday dinners at their home and many birthday parties for both their children and our children. When I entered the family their kids were young. Now they're no longer living at home and are either engaged or married with children. So much has changed and we miss them.
We have wanted so many times to visit them in California. We're hoping to go soon. They live near San Francisco and I've never been to San Francisco. I hear it's beautiful there.
And judging by the picture, it's true.
That is a beautiful sunset. I hope you get to visit your family soon.
