I Said I Wouldn't Fill Out A Bracket...

When I went to work this morning, I was a little relieved that I didn't do a NCAA men's basketball bracket this year. I haven't been following any teams too closely, but a friend invited me to join his bracket competition and I caved.

I shouldn't have... I love rooting for the underdog and when I fill out that stupid bracket (of course, the bracket itself lacks any intelligence whatsoever so it can't really be considered stupid or smart...) I root for the teams I chose. So I would have enjoyed the upsets in round 1 of day 1 of this year's tournament.

And as some of my picks won and others lost, I looked around my cubicle and noticed all the sports-related items hanging about. The pictures are what I see when I go to work each day. Now you know (just a little...) what it's like to be me.

  1. I bet you are winning in your bracket. I know I am, and I fill out mine similarly to how you do.
