How To Keep Skiing...All Year Long

Ever heard of SkiForm? Most likely, you haven't. But, if you're a skier and your season was cut short, SkiForm gives you an opportunity to keep in shape all year long so you'll be ready if and/or when the ski season resumes.

If you want to check out what exactly SkiForm is, check out their website: HERE. Yes, it's an exercise machine, but it's specifically designed to replicate the muscles you use while skiing. From the website, this is why they say simulation is important:

Why simulation? As with most sports, we generally feel a sense of clumsy awkwardness when first learning to ski (or even at the beginning of the season, when our skis seem to have a mind of their own!).  At that point in time, our bodies have not yet developed what physiologists call "muscle memory".  Muscle memory is a physical process akin to spinal memory, where our body can become "programmed" to respond in a specific, fluid and coordinated way over time.  Repetition is the key!  By repetitively simulating the angles, motions and forces of skiing, your body is able to develop remarkable responsiveness and power on the slopes.  The PROSKI-SIMULATOR™ is the tool that can provide the best ski simulation that is possible, without actually being on the snow!

Now, you may be thinking, this thing's probably expensive. And to answer your question, it is. But so is skiing. I'm amazed at how expensive it is to ski. So, if you can buy a product to keep you in shape--especially if you're a pro skier, or you'd like to be--then you may want to check out this site and see if the SkiForm equipment is for you.

Personally, I love to ski. I don't do it as much as I would like, but if I had the means, I'd seriously consider getting this. Maybe it's just the thing you've been looking for.
