A Night At The Libby...

Tonight we rehearsed at Libby Gardner Hall. When I attended school at the University of Utah (a couple of decades ago...) Libby was nothing like the magnificent building it is today. Today it's beautiful!

Libby Gardner Hall is located on President's Circle. I have some fond memories of other buildings on President's Circle. I actually took a summer class in one of the buildings without air conditioning, or if the building had a/c, it didn't work. I took many a nap in that class...

Many faculty members of the music department at the University of Utah have gone since I was there. I met Robert Baldwin, Director of Orchestral Activities. He's either very nice, or a good actor. He's directing one of our songs for this Saturday's Beethoven concert. You can read all about him: HERE.

If you ever get a chance to check out the new and improved Libby Gardner Hall, I highly recommend it.
